It can be Mon/Tue/Wed when they are shut, in my experience. One thing they all have in common is that they are all open on Sundays, so I guess they have to have one day off. What's more important though, is Chinese new year. The only Chinese I eat in now is still shut after 3 weeks, and not open until 8th Feb!
