WebWell, my game was pretty vanilla I think, I didn't use any mods, etc, and still this bug happened. I'm glad I left my Cyberpunk days behind, cuz bugs like these really made this game unpleasant for me cuz I was trying to do everything, and also thanks to game bugs, I couldn't get the secret ending.
