WebHere to write YET another bad review for DPD, just a month after I had left another review and was assured of proper service going forward. The driver chooses to pretend we are not at home, and either deliberately delivers the parcel to the wrong house or delivers it to a collection point (miles away from our location!). WebMar 1, 2024 · Apparently DPD drivers, as well as most other courier-drivers, are self employed. They only get paid for every successful delivery. So I guess if you're not in they want to get to the next delivery ASAP so crossing the street to knock on your neighbours door isn't worth their while.
