You could try by using a 80mm CASE FAN that would point towards the chipset heatsink and the video card ... there us no fixed setup ... just make sure it blows air on the chipset heatsink .

Take the processor out and clean the remaining paste from it. Apply the new thermal paste to it carefully. Assemble the hardware back into the place and screw the fan again.

Deuce65 : Well, consider that anything over about 55c is going to be too hot to touch, but the thermal limit on it is going to be closer to twice that temp, so there is simply no way to tell just by touching if it is too hot. Yep, I don't trust my touch alone.
